Our mission is to make engineering attractive and accessible to all and to transform how the world’s toughest  challenges are solved.

Engineering persistently falls behind other science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields in attracting diverse talent.  While engineering is a highly public-facing field that has real impacts on every aspect of our lives, few people know who engineers are or what they do.

RePicture Engineering creates educational tools that provide connection to the world of engineering and transform the face of engineering to give more young people a sense of belonging in engineering.

We do this by engaging a broad range of partners and entities in making engineering accessible to an engineer’s primary stakeholder: the public. Our mission is to attract talent and fresh perspectives to engineering and to transform how the world’s toughest challenges are solved.
