Steff comes to RePicture with over 27 years of experience in engineering consulting as a marketer/seller/doer with a focus in the water and wastewater industry. Her consulting background is rich and diverse working both domestically and internationally with a variety of municipal, federal, and private clients. Steff has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University. RePicture’s mission to increase both interest and diversity in Engineering strikes a particular passion with Steff and she is excited to inspire young people to change their world. Outside of engineering, Steff hikes, does yoga, plays ultimate, and walks everywhere she can. She also enjoys travel and the ability to connect with people and cultures from all over the world.
As a digital marketing strategist and UX designer with a BFA in graphic design, Chelsea has been building websites for 14 years and formally training in online marketing and conversion optimization for 8 years.
With Tech Diva Media, Chelsea has grown a team of developers and social media managers to expand her customer base across North America. In her role, she works with clients to organize and translate their content into digital experiences, from e-learning platforms to websites to mobile applications.
Saurabh is a technologist and software developer and former civil engineer who is passionate about using technology to empower, inform and connect people and to bring ideas to life. Since founding Analogy Plus in 2013, he has grown his technology and software team to serve a wide range of clients across the globe. He brings 17 years of experience in engineering, technology, software development, and geographic information systems to support Repicture Engineering.
Saurabh is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Virginia and holds an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Old Dominion University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
Lynn has worked for over 30 years as a consultant on a wide range of projects for local, state, and federal clients. She was appointed by the Montgomery County, Maryland County Executive to serve as the Academic and Scientific Community Representative on the County’s Water Advisory Group from 1999 to 2005.
In her free time, she is on a quest to find the perfect swimming spot in the Chesapeake Bay. Lynn earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and an MS in Civil Engineering from Stanford.
Since 2015, Aelisa has devoted herself full time to developing educational tools and programs to connect young people to engineering and to promote diversity and inclusiveness in engineering. She is passionate about the built and natural environment and about encouraging more diverse young people to choose careers in engineering.
Previously she was a land development and water resources engineer for 11 years, most recently working on a variety of high-profile projects in Washington, DC. Aelisa has a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UC Davis.
